Returns & Cancellations Policy

 

At My Camino Designs, I want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, I gladly accept returns.

📦 Returns

  • Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

  • Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

❌ Cancellations

  • I accept order cancellations before the item has been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible—but you may still return the item following the return policy above.

🔁 Exchanges

  • At this time, I do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases.

  • If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
